Shipping/ Delivery & Payment Policies

  1. Once the order has been confirmed and readied for dispatch, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company. After confirmation, orders are usually dispatched within 2-4 working days. Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays are excluded while calculating working days
  2. The estimated delivery time may vary to some extent from location to location. We do not guarantee delivery dates or times as it exclusively depends on the courier partner and location. Product delivery may get delayed due to reasons relating to logistics issues.
  3. Products are shipped via Delhivery/DTDC
  4. Cash On Delivery (COD) option is available on all products but is applicable only at locations where the logistics partner offers COD facility

  6. Substantial precautions on the safety of the products and its packaging are taken while dispatching the product.
  7. If the shipment is tampered/ meddled, kindly do not accept it
  8. In case of order updated as delivered but not received, the customer would have to intimate our customer care number within 24 hours of the delivery intimation. Post intimation, it will take 48-72 hours to check with our logistics partner.
  9. All claims regarding damages/ defective products must be reported to customer service within 24 hours of the order delivery. 3 working days are taken to review the request
  10. Elus does not take the responsibility of any damages/ misplacements post the delivery of the product.
  11. In case Elus reverse pick-up service is not available at customer’s location, the customer needs to self-ship the product via any reliable courier partner.
  12. The right to pause/ modify deliveries to any part of the country at any time if warranted is vested solely with Elus Health LLP
  13. No returns or refund requests will be accepted for products whose expiry date is more than 3 months

Cancellation Policy

  1. Once dispatched, orders are not eligible for cancellation
  2. Discount vouchers are meant for one time use and are treated as used even if the order is cancelled
  3. In case of return or cancellation, refund will be processed only after the product is received at Elus office and the same is checked for damages.
  4. Elus Health products are not returnable. Return/ Cancellation is possible only in case of damaged products. In any other circumstances, return/ cancellation is not permissible.
  5. The customer is requested to take picture of the damaged side of the product or package.
  6. Customer will be eligible for full refund or exchange without any additional charges in the following cases
    1. Damaged or broken product.
    2. Incorrect product delivery.
    3. Delivery of expired product.
  7. Original invoice and manufacturer packing is needed for successful return of the product
  8. In case of our cancellation policy, customer support team at Elus reserves the right to assess, judge and then take requisite action at their discretion
  9. The customer support team at Elus may contact the customer to ascertain the damage or defect in the product prior to processing of cancellation or refund.
