A toxicologist by profession with a character of a conservationist, Arundhati focuses her skills on ensuring the use of safe and high quality ingredients in our products.

Trained with his father, Jayesh Tilwani (R&D Director at ELUS and pharmacist with 30 years of experience), Neel’s innovative thinking has helped him develop products with a competitive edge over the years. Neel’s expertise in creating product formulations with the highest level of safety, efficacy and user experience is aligned with the definition of winning at ELUS.
